Breakfast at the local coffee house downtown is like a scene by Noman Rockwell.  This is a place you WANT to live, where people smile, wave and hold the door for you.

Small enough to be friendly, large enough to have the services you need.  It's great to be outdoors here - lots of water, beautiful weather, biking, trails and good eats.

Almost non-existent violent crime, an active sheriff's office, neighbors watching out for each other, safe streets and quiet tree-lined streets - yeah, we've got that.
